The location was perfect, as we were able to easily explore the major sights in the capital. The hotel was right in the center of the city, making it convenient for us to visit all the attractions. The room was clean and comfortable, with modern furniture and amenities. The bathroom was spacious and well-maintained. The staff provided excellent service throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet had a delicious variety of options, including tasty pastries. The hotel also had a convenient parking area for guests.
We did experience an issue with the air conditioning not working properly in our room.

Great location for our trip! The hotel is easily accessible by bus or even on foot. There's a nearby bus stop with connections to the city center and the central bus and train station. It's also close to the airport, convenient for our early departure. The staff was kind and accommodating, we had a pleasant stay. The room was spacious and comfortable, with nice amenities like a sewing kit and shoe shine. The breakfast offered a good variety of options. Despite a few minor drawbacks, we would still recommend this hotel for its overall positive experience.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was helpful and friendly, speaking both Bulgarian and English, making me and my partner feel comfortable and welcome. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The hotel provided a variety of TV channels, and the shower had excellent pressure. The parking area was spacious and easily accessible. it was easy to get to the hotel from the Varna highway, and it was only a short 4 km drive to the city center. the hotel had great facilities and was conveniently located.
